Return Policy
If for whatever reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we do accept returns that MEET the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original tags attached.
- Customer will be refunded in shop credit and will be required to pay for return shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing once return has been received. You will receive shop credit confirmation via email and credit will be issued to your account.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving order.
- All items purchased with a 30% off or higher discount are FINAL SALE as well as items marked FINAL SALE. ANY ITEM ending in .99 is considered FINAL SALE. If a final sale item is shipped back to 2B Yung, item/s will be returned to sender at the expense of the customer, shipping fee will be charged to your account.
- If your item does not meet all requirements and is sent back, 2B Yung is not required to and will not issue store credit for item/s sent back.
Please follow the below instructions to make a return:
1. Verify that your item meets 2B Yung's criteria as outlined in our Return Policy.
2. Log into your account and Request a Return. If you have not registered for an Account, please do so, then proceed to My Purchases and enter your Order Number.
- Please select a reason for your return.
3. You will receive an email confirming your request has been received and a follow up email once return has been completed and Shop credit has been issued. If you have any issues, please email us at hello@shop2byung.com
4. Package and ship (using courier of your choice) item back to 2B Yung.
